How to Install/Uninstall fonts in windows 10

          

          It’s so easy to install or uninstall fonts in windows 10 or any windows operating system follow the steps mentioned below to install/uninstall fonts on your computer.

But first do you know how to recognize a font file?

1. Go to the folder where you have downloaded the font file. 
2. Extract font file if you have downloaded as a zip. 
3. Font files have .ttf (True Type Font) extension.

Install fonts

First Method

1.  To install font double click on font file.

2.  Click on install button.

Second Method

1.  Right click on font file.

2.  Click on install option.

Third Method

1.  Select font file(s) & copy them.

2.  Go to fonts folder and paste it there.

(Control panel > Appearance and Personalization > fonts).

How to know if fonts have been installed

1.  Go to fonts folder.

Control panel > Appearance and Personalization > fonts

2.  Search for the font file.

3.  If it’s there that means font have been installed.

Test font

1.  Open notepad.

2.  Click on format menu and select submenu font.

3.  Select your font from fonts list.

4.  Type any text on notepad.

Uninstall Font

First Method

             1. Go to fonts folder.

     2. Select the font which you want to delete.

     3. Right click on font file and click on delete option.

     4. Fonts will be uninstalled from your computer.

Second Method

1.  Go to fonts folder.

2.  Select the font which you want to delete.

3.  And hit the delete key on your keyboard.

4.  Fonts will be uninstalled from your computer.
